Catering & Refreshments
We are pleased to inform all registered participants that refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days of the conference, free of charge.
A buffet-style lunch will be served on-site during the lunch break.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available throughout the day during scheduled breaks.

Social Evening – Free for All Participants
To foster informal networking and community building, you are cordially invited to join the Social Evening.
The evening includes refreshments, light entertainment, and the unique atmosphere of this aviation-themed venue. Participation in the social evening is free of charge for all conference attendees.
