AIR FORCE CONFERENCE 2026
Participation in the Air Force Conference 2026 is free of charge.
To attend the conference, registration is required via the University of Defence conference system, which involves two simple steps:
Step 1: Create an Account (one-time only)
Before registering for a specific event, each participant must create a user account in the University of Defence’s central event system.

Once you complete the registration form, your email address will be verified by the university system.
💡This step is required only once. In future years or for other conferences organized by the University of Defence, you will be able to proceed directly to Step 2.
Step 2: Register for the Air Force Conference 2026
Once your account is activated, log in at:

Then follow these steps:
Navigate to the “Reservation” tab in the top menu.
Click on “Make a reservation”.
Select “Air Force Conference 2026” from the list.
Choose your form of participation (in-person or online).
If submitting a paper, upload your abstract and keywords directly in the form.
Your reservation will be reviewed and confirmed via email.
You can also manage or update your reservation anytime by logging into your account.
