Each booth includes:
- Table, chair, power supply, and internet access.
- For Gold and General Sponsors, 50-inch and 65-inch TV screens are provided for video presentations, product demonstrations, or other digital content.
- Additional equipment (PC, stands, etc.) available upon request.
What We Provide
Upon confirmation of your support, we kindly ask you to send:
Your company logo (vector format preferred)
A short company profile (max 150 words)
Any marketing materials you wish to include in the conference space or proceedings
You will be assigned a presentation slot (oral or exhibition-based) depending on the level of support, and a designated area in the conference foyer for your promotional stand.
After the event, your organization will be featured in the Conference Proceedings, which include abstracts and supporter profiles.
