Organizational instructions for participants

The title and abstract of the paper for publication in the conference proceedings should be submitted by July 10, 2025, via email to the conference organizing committee at konferenceuopzhn@unob.cz.

The scientific committee will decide on the inclusion of the paper in the conference program and its subsequent inclusion in the proceedings. Authors will receive notification of acceptance by July 17, 2025.

The paper, edited according to template, and posters in electronic form should be sent to the above-mentioned address by no later than September 29, 2025. Papers that do not meet the formal requirements will be returned for revision. Papers submitted after the deadline will not be included in the conference proceedings.
