would like to invite you to the International Conference on Leadership in Theory and Practice, which will take place on 5-6 June 2024 in Brno.

The conference is intended for
All academic and scientific personnel whose professional concern is the education and training of personnel for the military and wider security field. Commanders and leaders of the armed and security forces of the state.
Our meeting is traditionally a continuation of previous colloquia, conferences and workshops in the field of leadership, focusing mainly on linking theoretical approaches with the practice of professionals, especially in the military, but also in the security environment.

Objectives of the conference:
Mutual exchange of information and experience in the field of management and implementation of educational and scientific research processes, presentation of up-to-date information on the results obtained in the fields of professional activities of the participants with a focus on leadership and military leadership. The joint efforts of creative educators and researchers to achieve a higher level of education and development of competencies of military professionals, especially in the field of human leadership.
