- Abstracts should be submitted in English.
- Submissions must include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and corresponding author’s email.
- When processing extended abstracts, please follow the established template.
- Extended abstracts processed according to the Abstract template will be published by Military Medical Science Letters.
- Send a PDF file to the address of the conference contact no later than the deadline.
- When registering, presenters with poster presentations should present their presentation on the presentation table.
- The poster must contain: the title of the paper, the names of the authors including affiliations, the content of the paper.
- The font size must be within reasonable values so that the posters can be read from a distance.
- Poster Format: the presentation for poster sessions must be prepared following the „Poster Presentation.com“ (1000 mm X 1000 mm). The minimum size of the poster is A1 format (841 x 594 mm). Orientation — portrait.
- Send a PDF file to the address of the conference contact no later than the deadline.
Due to capacity reasons, the University of Defence cannot provide accommodation for conference participants in hostels or dormitories used by the University.
Conference participants are responsible for their own accommodation.
