The conference fee for personal participation includes, among other things, light refreshments during the conference (coffee breaks), lunches, conference dinner and the trip to Austerlitz.

If you would like to register for the conference, firstly you need to create the account in the online application – and the process is as follows:
1) click on the button „registration“ on the main conference page (https://konference.unob.cz/iamps-2025-home/);
2) this will lead you to the page https://apl.unob.cz/KonferencePrihlaseni/Identity/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FKonferencePrihlaseni;
3) either you will see this page directly in English, either in the left upper corner is the „EN“ which stands for English;
4) then in the left down corner (or right upper corner) is the link to New registration (or New User Registration);
5) this will lead you to the page https://apl.unob.cz/KonferencePrihlaseni/Identity/Account/Register?returnUrl=%2FKonferencePrihlaseni;
6) you fill in all the information and the confirm them by clicking on „register“;
7) and you have the account;
8) you will receive a confirmation of registration to your e-mail address.
Beside this, we would like you to fill in also a registration form in the format of word document which is needed for the entrance to the premises of the University of Defence. Please, send this registration form to iamps2025@unob.cz before May 12.
- Abstracts should be submitted in English.
- Submissions must include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and corresponding author’s email.
- When processing extended abstracts, please follow the established template.
- Extended abstracts processed according to the above mentioned Abstract template will be published by Military Medical Science Letters.
- Please send your abstract as a PDF file by June 1, 2025 to iamps2025@unob.cz
- When registering, presenters with poster presentations should arrive with their printed poster at the registration.
- The poster must contain: the title of the paper, the names of the authors including affiliations, the content of the paper.
- The font size must be within reasonable values so that the posters can be read from a distance.
- Poster Format: the presentation for poster sessions must be prepared following the „Poster Presentation.com“ (1000 mm X 1000 mm). The minimum size of the poster is A1 format (841 x 594 mm). Orientation: portrait.

Due to the capacity reasons, the University of Defence cannot provide accommodation for conference participants in hostels or dormitories used by the University.
Conference participants are responsible for their own accommodation.
