INFORMATION
On 13th May 2026, the main venue will be the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Military Technology of the University of Defence, Šumavská 4, 612 00 Brno.
On 14th May and 15th May 2026, the program will be held at the Castle Hotel Lednice, Zámecké náměstí 66, 691 44 Lednice.
Participants can stay directly at the Castle Hotel Lednice itself (book via the official website).
Other hotels within walking distance of the conference venue are Hotel Mario and Hotel Relax.
You can travel to Lednice by private car. Parking will be provided in a public car park near the hotel.
Please provide vehicle details during registration. If you do not yet know your vehicle details at the time of registration, you simply indicate your interest in setting up access.
The contact person will request the latest vehicle details prior to the conference to ensure smooth parking arrangements.
Important notice
There will be no bus service provided (except for the for Šumavská premises → Černá Pole premises → Šumavská premises route).
For small groups of participants, it is possible to arrange a minibus transport to Lednice.
For security reasons, each participant must wear their name badge at all times.
The badge also serves as a ticket for the welcome reception and the Conference dinner.
