Registration

  • Please register for the MaTeDaS 2026 conference using QR code or the followint link: Registration form

    The deadline for applications is March 5, 2026.

    Binding registrations will be recorded in the order in which they are received and included in the conference program until the hall capacity is reached.

Registration fee

The registration fee includes full access to all conference sessions, electronic access to the proceedings, a welcome reception, lunches, a gala dinner, and participation in the entire social program of the conference.

The student registration fee applies to all students enrolled at a recognized academic institution. A valid student ID card or other proof of enrolment must be presented at registration. Doctoral students are also eligible to register at the discounted student rate.

Fees are listed including VAT.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Details and booking options can be found under the tab „Information – Accommodation in Lednice.“ The publication fee for an article in MM Science Journal is also not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation of registration

  • Registration is binding.

    If you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to another member of your organization. In this case, an administrative fee of 1,500 CZK will be charged.

    Registration can also be cancelled. If you cancel your registration by April 30, 2026, a cancellation fee of CZK 1,500 applies. From May 1, 2026, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
